Christopher Pincock, who specializes in philosophy of mathematics, philosophy of science and the history of analytic philosophy, will join the department in the Fall of 2012. Christopher has recently published a book with Oxford University Press entitled Mathematics and Scientific Representation. Christopher's wife, Tansel Yilmazer, has also been hired by the University; she'll be joining the Department of Human Sciences. Welcome, Christopher and Tansel!
