Chris Pincock has been promoted to Full Professor and Piers Turner has been promoted to Associate Professor.

Chris Pincock works on issues in the philosophy of science, the philosophy of mathematics, and the history of analytic philosophy. His book, Mathematics and Scientific Representation, was published by Oxford University Press in 2012. You can find out more about his research here.

Piers Turner works on issues in moral and political philosophy, especially in connection with the work of John Stuart Mill.
