Congratulations to Professor Piers Turner for being one of three faculty members across the university to receive the 2023 President and Provost's Award for Distinguished Faculty Service!  This award recognizes faculty members for their contributions to the development and implementation of university policies and programs through non-administrative roles while continuing to teach and pursue scholarship. Professor Turner was honored for his many contributions to university programs and university life, including co-founding and directing the Center for Ethics and Human Values (CEHV), playing a key role in OSU’s Shared Values Initiative and Civil Discourse Project, and being a leader in the creation of the new Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) major.
