Owen King has been awarded a THREE year postdoc at the University of Twente in Enschede, Netherlands. He reports:

I'll be examining ethical issues regarding organizations' collection and processing of employee data for purposes of organizational decision-making. In addition to questions about privacy and the like, another focus of the research will be the prospects for using this sort of data to design interventions to promote employee well-being. So this project really brings together two areas in which I am very interested: well-being and computing ethics.
