John Hurst wins the Fink Award.
On Friday, April 10, John Hurst presented his winning paper at the Department's annual Fink award ceremony which recognizes an outstanding essay written by a graduate student in philosophy. John presented the winning paper, entitled "An Epistemic Constraint on Intention: Null Hypothesis or Genuinely Binding?", and fielded questions from an audience of faculty and graduate students. Juan Garcia was awarded Honorable Mention for his paper "Kant’s Schematism, Paul Guyer and the Empirical Constraint." Congratulations to both John and Juan.
