Carol Hay has been awarded the Gregory Kavka/UC Irvine Prize in Political Philosophy for her essay, "The Obligation to Resist Oppression". Carol received her Ph.D. from the Ohio State University in 2008 and she is now an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
