The Philosophy Department is currently looking to hire a new senior member of faculty to fill the Steve R. and Sarah E. O’Donnell Professorship in Philosophy.
This named professorship was established in 1987 due to a generous gift from Steve and Sarah O’Donnell of Westerville, Ohio with the expressed aim of providing compensation and support for a truly distinguished scholar in philosophy. We are truly grateful for the opportunities that this gift has afforded the department, and we look to honor Steve and Sarah’s generosity by bringing a truly distinguished scholar to Ohio State.
