Professor Justin D’Arms new book, Rational Sentimentalism (co-authored with Professor Daniel Jacobson, UC Boulder), has appeared this spring from Oxford University Press! The book argues for a new account of the relation between emotion and value, according to which all emotions are sometimes fitting and moral theory must be constrained by the limits of sentimental values.
