This year's Fink winner is John Hurst for his paper, "An Epistemic Constraint on Intention:  Null Hypothesis or Genuinely Binding?"  The runner up is Juan Garcia, for his paper, "Kant's Schematism, Paul Guyer and the Empirical Constraint".
