My philosophical work is mainly conducted in the field of epistemology - the study of knowledge.  Specifically, I am interested in how philosophical progress can be achieved and what that might look like.  I am also interested in reasons – i.e., what sort of reasons must we have for our beliefs, and do we require access to these reasons?
