How to pronounce my name: 

My work connects phenomenology, agency, and psychiatric disorders, with a focus on the nature of compulsive behavior (e.g. addiction and obsessive-compulsive disorder). Where possible, I approach contemporary philosophical issues through the historical frameworks, especially those of Plato, Kant, and Heidegger. 

Topics of secondary yet considerable interest to me include aesthetics (especially Kant's) and existentialism.
