How to pronounce my name:
I am interested in how autonomy and free will are impacted by certain psychiatric and cognitive disorders. My focus is on the very possibility of the impact itself and what that might reveal about the nature of autonomy; the downstream implications for moral responsibility are not a concern of mine. My work is heavily inspired both by Kant's philosophy and by 20th-century phenomenology.
