Brian McLean's paper "What's So Good About Non-Existence?" has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Value Inquiry. In this paper, Brian replies to Benatar's argument that it's always worse to come into existence than never to have existed at all.

Meanwhile, Brian is writing a dissertation in ethics with Sigrun Svavarsdottir as his advisor. This coming academic year, he will be a Distinguished University Fellow and a visiting student at Princeton, where he will be working under the supervision of Michael Smith.
